What could you say about the justice system in India, I mean the one for the average person. In the US much of the legal system is now dominated by Commercial interests, even now the laws are largely made from that point of view, as if it is the law and reason. What might be the case in India.
By the way, I am Jim from the earlier comment, name changed to Jack, lol, don't ask, nothing important.
Perhaps you have been away to long to answer, it is just something that I was wondering about.
Your writing is very good. How do you like Australia?
Hi Jack/Jim...I've been away from India for over five years (so have spent virtually all of my adult life in Australia). Hence, I cannot answer your question on the justice system in India with any degree of authority. From what I know from reading 'The Times of India' online on a regular basis, the law tends to favour elite/rich individuals over ordinary men and women. That would be true of many countries though!
Sukhmani, I agree, most do favor like that, just natural I guess, but sure seems to change the assumed nature of justice that us idealists have, lol. Ah well, we are only human.
Thanks for the reply, I do appreciate it, keep up the good work and writing.
